JOB TITLE: Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer- with the opportunity of completing commercial gas LOCATION: Kingston - Upon Thams and surrounding areas PACKAGE: £45k - £50k basic salary dependant on skills and experience Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools Overtime rates at time and a half Sick pay Pension JOB INFORMATION - Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters etc Other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and so This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a new contract including multiple new private apartment blocks all situated on the same estate - easy access to plantrooms and parking always available which makes this an attractive opportunity for any mobile engineer COMPANY INFORMATION - Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer Reputable and well-established Building Services company specialising in technical building services including commercial gas and HVAC maintenance, electrical services and building compliance The business has been established for over 30 years with excellent client retention, leading to long term job security Our client has excellent staff retention and is looking for someone honest and reliable to join their close-knit team This role has become available due to the recent win of multiple contracts in North London and Hertfordshire CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer The ideal Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer you will have experience of working on mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels etc Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate such as commercial gas qualifications - they have an excellent mentor already in place Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously We are looking for someone who is honest, professional and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site If you fit the above description, please forward a copy of your cv and covering letter to Kerry Hayes:
