We are seeking highly skilled MET Technicians who are passionate about automotive excellence and ready to work on everything from MINI to McLaren, Ferrari to Lamborghini, Tesla EVs to multi‑million‑pound hypercars.

As a manufacturer‑approved Bodyshop for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lotus, Aston Martin, and an Official Ferrari Bodyshop, we uphold the highest standards in modern vehicle repair.

We don’t just repair vehicles – we restore them to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dismantle and strip vehicles ready for panel and structural repair with meticulous care
  • Perform detailed inspections, diagnostic checks, and fault-finding on advanced systems
  • Reassemble vehicles with precision, ensuring parts are fitted to restore pre-accident condition
  • Work with EV, hybrid, ADAS and cutting‑edge diagnostic technology
  • Follow manufacturer-approved methods and OEM repair specifications
  • Manage your workload to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to deliver zero‑defect workmanship
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team while confidently working independently when required
  • Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Uphold our reputation for accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

We’re looking for MET Technicians who demonstrate:

Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an automotive Bodyshop as an MET Technician
  • Proven ability in stripping & fitting within a high-performing, modern workshop
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle technologies and repair techniques
  • Experience with prestige brands, supercars, EVs and hybrid systems (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with EMACS or similar estimating/Bodyshop management systems
  • Strong understanding of OEM repair standards and manufacturer methods

  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
  • Clear and professional communication skills
