TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Alternative provision in Nottingham who are looking to secure a Mechanics tutor on a temp to perm, full time basis.


5 days per week, 39 weeks per year. 8:30-4:30 (including unpaid break of 30 minutes)


£25,000-£30,000 per year


The role will include high-quality teaching and learning in mechanics, tailored to the needs of students aged .


Responsibilities

Applicants should have good knowledge and experience of working with disaffected pupils in a school or other alternative setting. An passion for working with pupils with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties is an essential quality for this challenging but rewarding role.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Mechanics tutor
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Strong knowledge of mechanics principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction
