Are you a Mechanical Fitter with experience supervising or leading a team of engineers and are looking to join a well-established company offering clear-cut progression and the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime?


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a machining background, looking to lead a close-knit team of engineers within an industry-leading business with a worldwide client base.


Due to the company's recent success, they are now in a period of growth and are looking to expand upon their current team. They are a globally renowned manufacturer and have a great reputation for high-quality products and providing a brilliant service for their customers worldwide.


In this role, you will be supervising a team of Mechanical Fitters whilst still remaining hands on to strip, repair and refurbish industrial gearboxes and winches. The position is 90% workshop based but would occasionally require travel to other sites to service machinery.


The role would suit a Mechanical Fitter with Supervisory experience, looking to take the lead in an industry-leading organisation.


The Role:

  • Supervising a team of Mechanical Fitters
  • Strip, analyse, repair and refurbish industrial mechanical machinery
  • Monday-Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 / Friday 08:00 - 13:30

The Person:

  • Mechanical Machining background
  • HNC / HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
  • Supervisory or Team Leader experience
  • Commutable to Warrington
