  • Execute planned preventative maintenance programmes on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimise operational disruption
  • Support machine installations, modifications, and system upgrades
  • Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of PLCs, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and automated equipment
  • Demonstrable experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing or automotive sectors
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with fault-finding capabilities
  • Proactive approach with excellent teamworking skills
