Job Title: Mechanical Site Lead / Mechanical Supervisor

Location: West London (transport-accessible site)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

On-Call: 1-in-4 rota

Salary: Competitive (DOE) + company van

The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Site Lead / Supervisor to take ownership of a key client site in North West London. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, working in a high-profile environment where service quality and technical excellence are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive works, and emergency call-outs
  • Supervise a small team of engineers (2 site-based, 1 mobile - all electrical)
  • Ensure all mechanical systems and plant are maintained to a high standard
  • Act as the main client-facing lead for on-site operations
  • Manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health & safety, and support audits or inspections
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and asset documentation
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Site Lead role
  • A strong background in building services maintenance, with in-depth technical knowledge
  • Hands-on experience working with:
  • Pumps (essential)
  • Water tanks & storage systems
  • Compressors and compressed air systems
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • HVAC units and associated equipment
  • Excellent team management and delegation skills
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach
  • Ability to take ownership of site performance and drive high service standards
