This prestigious site includes high-end residences, retail, hospitality, and leisure spaces—making it a dynamic and technically diverse environment for building services professionals.

This role exists to ensure continuity and compliance of building services within JCA's MSD contract portfolio, supporting business-critical operations.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance & Engineering Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards. You'll diagnose faults, carry out repairs, supervise subcontractors when needed, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also involves managing spare parts, conducting audits, and ensuring safe, clean working environments while supporting continuous service delivery across critical facilities.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or HVAC (e.g., C&G, NVQ, ONC/HNC).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in building services maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across building systems.
  • Strong IT skills for documentation and communication.
  • Willingness to work shifts/overtime as required including weekends and bank holidays.
