Mechanical Project Manager in Building Services

TBS Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Ltd is a medium sized Birmingham based building services company and has been established for over 44 years having a built up a reputation of reliability and trust with major clients. We operate nationally in most sectors of the industry, including education, leisure, retail and the health service.

We are looking for a mechanical project manager to join our expanding team. The candidate needs to be either based in or near Birmingham with a current clean driving licence. This is a permanent position to work on various contracts in retail, leisure, health sector, office developments and commercial premises within the UK.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and report to Directors. Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services, be familiar with AutoCAD and have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience post qualification. The role would require design, estimating and subsequent managing of nationwide projects, from inception to completion. Full Driving License required as the projects can be anywhere within the UK.

A company vehicle or car allowance will be provided. Salary and package will be negotiated on experience
