Role: Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

Location: Milton Keynes

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 including car allowance


TGS are working with a rapidly growing turnkey solutions provider in the data centre industry. Despite being a relatively young business, they have quickly become a trusted partner to leading colocation providers, hyperscalers and end users across the globe.


Due to continued growth and increasing demand for their services, they are expanding their delivery teams and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support data centre projects in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The role may also involve working on projects in London in future, depending on business needs.


What you will be doing

  • Leading data centre projects from bid stage through to completion.
  • Ensuring safe, compliant delivery and maintaining strong H&S standards.
  • Managing pre-construction activities and reviewing project scopes.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work meets specification, safety and programme requirements.
  • Working with commercial teams on costs, risks, forecasts and contractual matters.
  • Providing accurate progress updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
  • Leading and developing the project delivery team.


What you will bring

  • Project management experience within construction or M&E.
  • Knowledge of data centre environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid IT proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
  • Good commercial understanding.
  • Relevant H&S certifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS or ECS.
