Mechanical Project Manager

to join a leading building services contractor on a major commercial development in Cambridge.
This role sits within a well-structured project environment, delivering a large-scale, technically complex scheme with a strong emphasis on quality, programme, and overall project performance.
The Opportunity
You will take responsibility for the mechanical delivery of a flagship commercial project, managing the scheme from pre-construction through to completion. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery across all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover

Coordinate design, commercial, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Support and lead project teams where required

Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on medium to large-scale projects

Background within Tier 1 or well-established MEP contractors

Experience delivering commercial projects (essential)

Strong technical and project management capability

A proactive and professional approach with leadership potential
