Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager

Area: Kent London & Surrey

Salary: £60k - £70k

My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to run a large contract over various location. As Contracts Manager you will need to have come from a Mechanical background and have worked within the commercial fit out sector.

This role will be covering Kent London & Surrey.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the business operations alongside directors
• Develop existing client project managers, staff, and sub-contract supply chains
• The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines
• Work closely with Senior Managers / Supervisors
• Manage project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting.
• Ensure programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Mechanical Engineering City and Guilds or equivalent
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar position ideally
• Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.
• Full driving licence
