With an expanding footprint driven by both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Operations Director to lead and scale their mechanical division during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a pivotal senior leadership role for a commercially astute and operationally strong individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering projects ranging from £10k reactive and fast-track works through to multi-million-pound capital programmes, often within live retail trading environments.
