Mechanical Manager (Maintenance) needed on a permanent basis in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire close to Aylesbury, Watford, Rickmansworth, High Wycombe, Luton and London.

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Manager on behalf of a respected building services company. This role offers the opportunity to lead an in-house engineering team and manage third-party contractors, ensuring the delivery of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and emergency reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio.

The successful candidate will work alongside supportive colleagues to provide excellent customer service, deliver technical expertise, and ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role within a progressive and customer-focused business.
