From listed heritage buildings to state-of-the-art research facilities, this is a technically varied role where your leadership and expertise will keep the campus running safely and efficiently.The RoleLead and manage a small team of engineers and contractors across planned and reactive maintenance.Maintain accurate CAFM data and asset records.Ensure statutory compliance.Deliver and maintain PPM schedules and inspection recordsScope, tender, and oversee small mechanical projects and refurbishments.Liaise closely with departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure works are safe, compliant, and within budget.Provide leadership, motivation, and professional development to the maintenance team. The PersonDegree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Building Services or related Engineering fieldProficient in CAFM systems Track record in mechanical maintenance management within estates, FM or similarStrong understanding of H&S legislation, statutory inspection regimes, and compliance documentation.Confident team leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent desirable.
