Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of mechanical maintenance.

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial contract in Darlington.

The Role

As the Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

* Deliver all PPM and reactive maintenance in line with schedules, SLAs and industry standards.

* Monitor and maintain key building plant and equipment daily.

* Respond to emergency callouts, diagnose faults and carry out repairs.

* Work on a range of mechanical equipment including pumps and motors.

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures and site processes.

* Resolve client issues promptly with minimal disruption.

* Work both independently and as part of the site team.

* Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

What you'll need to succeed:

* Formal training in mechanical services maintenance.

* Experience working with pumps, motors and valves.

* Strong fault-finding and repair skills.

* Basic BMS knowledge (advantage).

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
