Mechanical Fitter — Beeston, Leeds, West Yorkshire. £38,000 base salary + paid overtime + additional allowances. 4-Day Week – Monday to Thursday (37hrs).

Here, you’ll be building complex, bespoke machines from the ground up - equipment that relies on precision fits, fine adjustments, correct clearances, and proper lubrication. • Building complete bespoke machinery - not just sub-assemblies
• Working with shafts, bearings, gears, linkages, pneumatics, and precision components
• Reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings and specifications
• Inspecting, testing, and verifying components during the build process
• Taking pride in producing machinery built to last

• Proven machine build or special-purpose machinery experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, fits, and tolerances
• Ability to read, interpret, and build from detailed engineering drawings
• A right-first-time mindset and pride in quality workmanship
