A growing UK based business located in Redditch are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role is offering a fixed day shift and will also offer an early finish every Friday, however regular overtime can be offered, paid at a premium rate.

Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:
Assemble, install, and fit mechanical components to specification
Carry out maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to equipment and machinery
Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
Use precision tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely
