What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- A recognized engineering apprenticeship or relevant Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in the energy or aerospace industries is advantageous but not essential.
