What You Bring



  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • A recognized engineering apprenticeship or relevant Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience in the energy or aerospace industries is advantageous but not essential.
