Join our Tunstead Cement Plant as a

Mechanical Execution Engineer , leading the delivery of safe, efficient and reliable mechanical maintenance.This is a key role managing a skilled team and driving plant performance through strong planning, people leadership and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do

Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 mechanical craftsperson
Create weekly maintenance schedules using capacity planning
Chair daily Production/Maintenance meetings
Oversee safe, high-quality mechanical maintenance work
Manage subcontractors and ensure cost-effective delivery
Support plant improvements, shutdowns and reliability projects
Adapt plans quickly to meet operational priorities
Promote a strong Health & Safety culture through daily engagement
Act as first contact for out-of-hours breakdowns
Deputise for the Head of Mechanical when required
What Youll Bring

Mechanical HNC/HND (Degree desirable)
5+ years experience at supervisor level
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
Solid understanding of mechanical maintenance principles
Confident decision-maker in fast-paced environments
Proficient with CMMS (SAP preferred) & Microsoft Office
Experience with cost control & contractor management
Cement industry experience and NEBOSH/IOSH beneficial
