Your role as a mechanical estimator will include:

*Produce accurate cost estimates for mechanical installations across commercial and fit-out projects, including HVAC, plumbing and associated building-services systems

*Review project drawings, technical specifications and client requirements to determine material, labour and subcontractor costs, identifying potential risks and value engineering opportunities.
