Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with leadership skills looking for the chance to step up into a long-term management role with progression opportunities?

On offer is a permanent role where you'll manage a small team of mechanical engineers, enjoy hands-on involvement across client sites, and benefit from structured training, progression into senior positions, and the security of working for a company with over 100 years of proven success.

This company are a long-established and highly respected name in industrial mechanical and electrical engineering. They provide essential servicing and repair of motors, pumps, and fan systems to a wide client base. With a strong reputation, a stable client portfolio, and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to recruit a Site Mechanical Manager who will play a key role in their next chapter.

On offer is a varied position where you\'ll lead site operations, develop and support your team, and have a direct impact on client relationships. Day to day, you\'ll oversee engineering works, conduct site visits, produce quotations, recruit and appraise staff, and ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety. You\'ll also have the chance to develop your skills further through in-house and supplier training.

This role would suit an experienced mechanical engineer with proven team management skills - someone looking for stability, progression, and the opportunity to make their mark in a dynamic, well-established engineering business.
