Mechanical Engineer - £45,000 + Benefits

Location: South & Central London (Peckham, Camberwell, King's Cross, Wimbledon, Stratford)

Salary: £45,000 Basic
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Type: Full Time | Permanent

A leading Building & Facilities Management company is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied commercial portfolio with a stable, well-established employer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive repairs
  • Working across multiple commercial sites
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
  • Liaising with clients and site teams

Requirements

  • Experience working on HVAC / mechanical building services
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
  • Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
