In the role, you will be responsible for creating high–quality technical and engineering drawings using SolidWorks and CAD software. You'll work closely with a skilled design team to develop innovative boat components, conduct mechanical analysis, and ensure that designs are production–ready and meet the company's reputation for quality and precision. You'll play a key role in maintaining design feasibility throughout the manufacturing process, helping to deliver world–class products that define the brand's success.


The Role

  • Design and develop innovative marine components using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing techniques.

The Person

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in mechanical or product design, ideally with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  • Based in Dartmouth
