Mechanical Contracts Manager Ballymena / Belfast £55k and Company Van We are working with a successful building services contractor to recruit their new Mechanical Contracts Manager. Based in Ballymena and projects in Belfast, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. Project Management: Oversee mechanical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering effective communication across the project team. Budget Control: Manage project budgets and work closely with the commercial team to ensure financial oversight throughout the lifecycle of each project. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards, conducting inspections and audits regularly. Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring project requirements are met. What we are looking for Mechanical Engineering background with experience in a contracts management role Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) and building regulations Project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget In return you can expect a generous package, £55k + van & benefits Skills: Project Management Team Leadership Budget Control
