Our client is delivering turnkey design, supply, and installation solutions across major sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities.

This role is perfect for a Mechanical Contracts Manager who wants to travel to Europe for work.

The Role -

As a key member of the operations team, you’ll take ownership of several concurrent data centre contracts — driving them from pre-construction to successful handover. You’ll ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to world-class standards while leading multidisciplinary teams including Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Managers.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do -
  • Oversee all mechanical project operations across multiple data centre contracts.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects exceed client expectations.

  • Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring full compliance with company standards.

  • Drive value engineering and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.

  • Maintain ISO9001 standards and ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and current.

What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience within mechanical or M&E project management, ideally in large-scale or mission-critical environments.

  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems within building services or industrial projects.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving ability.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (preferred, not essential).
