MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £400m and a strong international presence and a reputation for delivering flagship and complex engineering schemes who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to join their team on a very notable pharmaceutical project in Surrey.

Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the beginning of 2026, and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC. A proven track-record in delivering complex plantrooms and pipework packages would be advantageous but is not essential.

Role/Responsibilities

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Snagging

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
