A specialist manufacturing company in Gosfield is seeking a Mechanical assembler to join their growing team. You'll be working closely with a small, skilled group of fitters, responsible for taking a painted trailer structure through to a fully operational car transporter.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm; Friday, 7:30am - 1:30pm

What you'll be doing:

Fitting hydraulic, pneumatic, and brake systems
Installing moving vehicle decks into new-build car transporters
Carrying out electrical installations
Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
Using hand tools for mechanical assembly and repair
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standardsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in vehicle/trailer fitment or automotive is preferred (training provided)
Strong mechanical background and aptitude
Proficiency in mechanical assembly and repair techniques
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrics
Confident in reading technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
