Were currently recruiting for Maintenance Engineer with the ability to work across both Mechanical & Electrical maintenance disciplines to join the Engineering team . In this role, you will determine and execute routine preventative maintenance activities and procedures and assess and implement major fault repairs, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Accountable for completion of assigned routine preventative maintenance activities Identification and mitigation of equipment faults. Responding to breakdowns of equipment, assessment, diagnosis, repair of faults or escalation Co-ordinating of OXBs external engineering resource in relationship to specialist repairs and maintenance of assets Completing regulatory routine monitoring Evaluating asset performance against determined criteria Completing quality documentation for critical failures Escalating events impacting engineering assets. Identification and management of critical engineering stock inventory. Maintain a safety-first approach to assets and engineering procedures. We are looking for: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English An apprenticeship to NVQ 3 Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in mechanical and/or electrical engineering. Experience within a GxP Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is preferred or alternatively a similar regulated environment. Good working knowledge of Health and Safety within an engineering environment is needed.
