Job Title: Legal Client Product Success Manager
Location: Central London / Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Legal Client Product Success Manager with a background in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal work who is ready to transition into the tech sector. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your legal acumen in a fast-paced, client-facing role within a cutting-edge AI company. Your ability to interpret complex information, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance and clarity will be invaluable in supporting our clients and product teams.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A 2:1 or higher in Law (or related discipline) from a top university with strong A-levels (AAB or above).
Professional Experience: 1-2 years in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal roles.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Empathy and a client-first mindset
Ability to translate complex legal or technical concepts into accessible language

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Deliver product demonstrations and ensure clients understand the value and functionality of our solutions.
Training & Support: Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and success.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to relay client feedback and improve product offerings.
Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client meetings.
Strategic Insight: Use your legal background to identify opportunities for risk mitigation, compliance alignment, and value-added services.
Growth Opportunities: Identify and support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
