Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanical Supervisor to oversee domestic mechanical services projects across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work while managing a small, skilled team of operatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate domestic mechanical installations and maintenance works

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of skilled operatives

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

  • Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in domestic mechanical services (heating, plumbing, HVAC)

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and health & safety regulations

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Full UK driving licence
