A well-established mechanical building services contractor delivering design, installation, and maintenance solutions across commercial and residential projects. Their expertise covers plumbing and heating systems, HVAC, ventilation, gas services, and energy-efficient technologies. They work on projects of varying scale, from smaller developments through to complex, multi-discipline installations, supporting clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

They are now seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Estimating Manager to take ownership of the estimating function and lead a team of estimators. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing workload, driving best practice, ensuring commercial accuracy, and supporting the strategic growth of the business.

You will oversee the preparation of competitive tenders, provide technical guidance to the team, and work closely with senior management, operations, and clients to ensure successful bid delivery.
