Your new role
As the IT Support Technician, you will play a key part in maintaining and developing the entire UK technology stack. You'll support end‑users, help deliver critical IT and business projects, and ensure all our systems remain secure, reliable, and future-ready.You'll be involved in everything from daily technical support to major digital initiatives, including SAP rollouts, cloud migrations, IoT automation, fleet systems, and much more.
Technical Support & Operations

Provide deskside and remote support across all UK sites
Maintain servers, operating systems, security tools, hardware, and mobile devices
Assist with backups, business continuity, access management and licence renewals
Produce clear training content, including video-based process guides
Work collaboratively with Group IT in GermanySystems & Project Delivery

Support SAP Business One implementation for new acquisitions
Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure transitions
Help deliver new digital systems, including fleet software, AP automation, e-signing and expenses tools
Support IoT initiatives connecting vehicles, sensors and devices for predictive maintenanceContinuous Improvement

Audit systems and processes to identify risks and opportunities
Suggest and support new technologies that improve efficiency
Ensure adherence to security, environmental and health & safety policies
What you'll need to succeed

Strong interest and knowledge in:
Servers & virtualisation, Microsoft technologies, networking (access, core & edge), ERP/CRM systems, backups & recovery, monitoring tools, hardware support
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
Logical, analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
A collaborative team player with the confidence to ask for support when needed
Ability to prioritise workload and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Experience working in a similar technical support environment
