Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & Client Requirements

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s air conditioning product line and stay updated on industry advancements.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer needs, translating technical requirements into effective, tailored solutions.
    Sales Presentations & Proposals
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the technical advantages of our client’s solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to develop customized air conditioning proposals, incorporating technical specifications to meet their unique needs.
    Communication & Collaboration
  • Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project and applications teams, to align technical solutions with customer expectations.
    Project Transition & Implementation
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation, providing technical insights to support successful project delivery.
    Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends, using insights to position our client’s solutions competitively.
    Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, offering technical support and acting as a trusted advisor for their HVAC needs.
  • Utilize face-to-face and digital communication tools to engage with customers effectively.
    Sales Forecasting & Reporting
  • Provide accurate forecasts of new and future business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM and internal systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
    Requirements
  • Strong technical background in air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience in a sales or sales engineering role within the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
