Excellent rates of pay £14.00 to £15.50 PLUS pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £16.16 to £17.89).

The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people of all ages with:



  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Medication and meal preparation
  • Household tasks and daily routines
  • Encouraging independence and providing companionship

With 6 months experience we also offer opportunities to work in:



  • Complex Care – supporting individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs. Training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more. (PAY RATES £15.00 – £15.50)
  • Children's Support – providing personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs. (PAY RATES £14.00 – £15.50)
  • Mental Health Support – offering practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence. (PAY RATES £14.00 – £15.50)

No prior experience? That's okay. Our Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding will give you the skills and confidence you need.


Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
  • For Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months' hands‑on UK care experience
