About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team at Inizio Engage. This field-based role involves supporting patients and healthcare professionals through clinical care, education, and service feedback delivered in home, community, or remote settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical care and patient education as per programme protocols
  • Support follow-up care and ensure accurate documentation
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Report adverse events and maintain compliance with policies and SOPs
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements
  • Current NMC/NMBI registration
  • 2+ years post-registration experience
  • Venipuncture - essential experience required
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Satisfactory DBS and medical clearance
