Join Our Team as an HGV/PSV Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair on a variety of HGVs, including trucks, trailers, and other commercial vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Carry out inspections and MOT preparations to ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
  • Assist with vehicle breakdowns and emergencies as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HGV/PSV mechanic or a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification).
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid HGV/PSV licence is a plus.
  • Must be a UK resident and be eligible to work in the UK.
