What will you be doing?

You will begin your Prodrive career with a 2-year graduate development scheme with continual professional and technical mentorship, where:



  • You will be working on a variety of live projects, where:

    • Our team will be counting on your work
    • Your output will be delivered to customers


  • You will learn how a fast-paced engineering business works:

    • How it delivers to its customers via unique processes and teamwork aligned to systems engineering principles and practices
    • How the different functional areas work together, from business development, through commercial, programmes, design & engineering, manufacturing, workshop, inspection, machine shop, and more. You will be placed on secondments to the various departments, completing specific graduate development activities
    • How customer ideas are translated into functional solutions


  • You will learn about yourself and your development path according to our proven development framework:

    • You will learn about managing your time effectively working concurrently on multiple projects
    • You will learn about teamwork, communication, and how to manage stakeholders in a professional setting
    • You will be provided with the appropriate training for specific tasks
    • You will be encouraged to find your area of future specialism

Who are we looking for?

  • A Masters / Bachelors degree or, equivalent within a field of Engineering is essential.
  • An individual with a strong involvement in projects, such as Formula Student is preferred.
  • You will have effective spoken and written communication skills.
  • The ability to operate both independently and in a collaborative, team environment.
  • You will possess excellent organisation, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
  • An ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment with proficiency in working under pressure.
