Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a PE-backed hospitality business experiencing rapid growth and expansion. With exciting new site rollouts and a future PE exit, this is a prime opportunity to influence strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

As FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance. You’ll have access to cutting-edge analytics to shape strategy, define sales margins, and bridge the gap between finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-term planning alongside the CFO
Own operational reporting, KPIs, and commercial analysis, supporting senior leaders with actionable insights.
Manage one direct report and act as the finance expert on key systems 
Support marketing and procurement teams with margin analysis and spend optimisation.
Oversee capex reporting for new site acquisitions and refurbishments.

Skills & Experience:

CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with 2+ years PQE in FP&A or commercial finance.
Strong Excel and data analytics skills, with experience in hospitality or leisure preferred.
Proven ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong commercial mindset.
