Join an innovative technology company at the forefront of engineering and strategic innovation. You’ll lead and mentor a small sub-team within a talented, multidisciplinary software group, delivering advanced embedded systems across multiple sectors such as healthcare, IoT and communications.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical delivery, people management, and process development. You’ll guide a team of engineers, contribute directly to complex embedded software projects, and help shape best practices and future technology roadmaps.

What we’re looking for:

A solid background in embedded software development: bare metal, RTOS, embedded Linux, or higher-layer languages.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers, running appraisals, or managing small project teams.
Strong communication skills, able to cost, plan, and clearly present engineering solutions.What’s on offer:
