Are you ready to take the next step in your care career? Were looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Homecare Worker to join our Grimsby Systems Resilience Team .
In this rewarding role, youll support both our Service Users and Homecare Workersdelivering care, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards across the board.
Please note:

A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the nature of the role.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
Rate: £12.82 per hour
Hours:

21 - 36 hours per week
Shifts:

Night shifts -

7:00pm to 7:00am or 11.00pm - 6.00am
Rota: Set 3-week rolling rota (including weekends)
The Role:
Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs
Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessments
Support new staff during their induction period
Build strong relationships with Service Users and families
Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
Promote independence and signpost to community services
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
Liaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality care

About You:
Level 2 Qualification in Care

is ideal but not essential
Experience in care and administering medication
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong planning and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
