About the Role

Paragon Home Healthcare is looking forfemale Complex Homecare Nursesto support a young woman returning home after a long hospital stay. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by helping her transition safely and confidently into her home environment.

She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. Nurses will play a key role in delivering structured, person-centred care and supporting her independence.
