Ready to take the next step in your physiotherapy career and make a visible difference every day? Join our Upper Lea Valley Integrated Care Team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist (full‑time) and help us deliver outstanding community care.


You’ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team and have the autonomy to shape patient goals in the place they call home.

  • A motivated, enthusiastic clinician with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player who is confident working independently and collaboratively.
  • Someone who brings curiosity, initiative and a commitment to high‑quality community rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose and treat a varied community caseload, using evidence‑based interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate across the MDT, offering expert advice and guidance to colleagues, carers and families to support safe, timely care.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communicating clearly and compassionately—especially where there may be barriers to understanding.
  • Contribute to service quality, sharing learning, supporting juniors and students, and helping to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work as a proactive team member, using your initiative and prioritising effectively in a dynamic community setting.
  • You are required to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use with business insurance (unless the member of staff has a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
