BASIC FUNCTION


Manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of the CMMP platform for the Single Point Mooring (SPM) Project.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure efficient and safe operation of the CMMP platform.



RESPONSIBILITIES


Ensure all the work are carried out as per permit to work (PTW) system. Conducting risk assessment of control measures as per approved or valid procedures prior to issue the permit. Conduct failure investigation and preparation of Root Cause analysis reports, etc.

Reviewing project documentation, extracting relevant technical information as and when required for maintenance, Inspection and operation of platforms, SPM’s and executing with safe manners. Deployment of suitable teams for corrective and preventive maintenance as per the site requirements. Overall responsible for maintaining Operation and Maintenance KPI.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CMMP platform, ensuring efficient and effective performance and walk through platform for the gap analysis to ensure the life expectancy of equipment’s, process piping and structure.

Managing a multi-disciplined (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, Telecom, Pedestal Crane, Control room team, HSE & Stores) maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance is correctly prioritized and completed as per given CMMS schedule.

Conducting periodic Inspection and annual overhauling for the Lifeboat, pedestal crane, Jacket & platform structure following statutory requirement of the offshore field.

Miscellaneous valves (MOV’s & ESDV’s) crude distribution headers and associate piping, Instrument Air distribution piping system (Going to HVAC dampers, crude oil sampling skids and all the ESDV’s actuators)

Review management of change (MOC’s) for the technical accuracy and delivery, replying to technical quires and guide team on maintenance and industries best practices.



Assisting Project Manager during annual audits, Fire & abundant (Safety) drills, lock out / tag out system, risk assessment, engineering support, Asset integrity, technical review & proposals.

Ensure safe and environmentally acceptable platform operations for the process and utility units, in particularly closed drain vessel and its associated pumps, open drain system, leak detection system, instrument air package, portable water system, diesel fuel system, hydraulic power unit, emergency diesel generators, inlet manifolds, metering, make crude oil sampling system, launching and receiving scrappertraps, vent system, SPM Maintenance, Coordination with dive team for subsea maintenance & inspection and various unplanned repair maintenance.

Periodic audits of contractor’s qualitysystem and ongoing activities.

Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to clients detailing operational and maintenance activities, inspection results and any issues or recommendations.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS


The ability to effectively assist with the relationship between marine and project personnel.

Able to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels.

Excellent ability to implement and monitor planned maintenance of electronice quipment.

Excellent ability to provide remedial actions to outages affecting Mechanical Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, Telecom, Pedestal Crane, Control room team, HSE & Stores) maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance is correctly.

Consumables/ inventory optimized.

Motivates electrical staff to comply with HSE and SMS objectives and requirements.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIRED


Microsoft Office (Word,Excel) mandatory, Microsoft Project and Auto Cad.

Extensive knowledge and experience in relevant marine and offshore legislations,

inspection standards, class rules requirements, and industry codes.

Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.

Positive and solution-focused attitude with a clear goal-based approach to problem- solving.

Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills


Ability to influence and lead teams operating in remote locations without the need to maintain a continuous presence.


HSE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES


Reinforce and strengthen the HSE culture at every opportunity in operations and projects.

Promote correct HSE behaviors’ through personal example.Take action upon any health, safety and environmental matter brought to their notice, and report to their Manager on any matter, which they are unable to rectify.

Monitoring and evaluating emergency drills to ensure procedure is in place for emergency and incident situation.


Ensure that the workforce under their control are adequately trained, competent and authorized for the operations, which they are required to perform, and kept informed of all relevant information to ensure their health and safety. Carryout appropriate induction training.

Ensure a safe working environment for employees under their control. Assist in all safety inspections to ensure that the workplace is maintained in a safe and tidy condition. Ensure as far as is reasonably practicable that the work place is kept free of potential hazards.

Ensure that risk assessments are carried out. Evaluate processes and activities for the presence of hazards.Assess record and control the subsequent risk to a tolerable level.

Conform with the emergency procedures applicable to their place of work. Ensure that the workforce is aware of, and understands, the emergency procedures.

Facilitate effective two-way communication with the workforce on HSE issues. Conduct Toolbox Talks and Pre-Job Safety Meetings. Attend HSE Meetings and ensure workforce participation.

Ensure all safety devices provided are utilized and maintained, protective equipment is worn,safety rules are observed, and safe-working practices applied. Ensure correct equipment usage, inspection and effective maintenance.

Report and investigate all accidents and dangerous occurrences, including environmental incidents in the area of responsibility.


Ensure that operations are conducted in compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and Company policy, plans and procedures. Ensure workers under their control are kept informed of all relevant information to ensure their Health and Safety, and the protection of the Environment.


HSE AUTHORITY


Having full authority to stop any unsafe work that may harm the health of personnel, cause injury to personnel or damage the environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION


Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Valid Medical Certificate.

Relevant 10 years’ experience in same filed.
