Salary: Up to £45,103.50 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a Part time role for 7.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

• 
  
• Undertake expert assessment and treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
  
• Act as the clinical lead for pelvic health physiotherapy, ensuring service quality, consistency, and alignment with best practice.
  
• Work closely with urogynaecologists, colorectal surgeons, obstetricians, continence nurses, and other allied health professionals.
  
• Deliver specialist training, supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapists, students, and wider healthcare professionals.
  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational policies.
  
• Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and maintain up-to-date knowledge in pelvic health research and clinical practice.
  

• 
  
• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
  
• Extensive post-registration experience in women's, men's, and pelvic health physiotherapy.
  
• Recognised postgraduate training in pelvic health or continence physiotherapy.
  
• Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment skills.
  
• Experience in service development, teaching, or supervision.
