Blackstone Recruitment is working with a Private company that is recruiting a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join their College contract based in South East London.

This is a Permanent job to start ASAP.

Job Summary

This is the sole physiotherapy role within our service, giving you the chance to shape and lead the development of our physiotherapy provision from the ground up. You’ll be fully supported by our leadership team and benefit from expert external clinical supervision, ensuring you feel confident and connected in your role.

You’ll be working as part of a well-established multi-disciplinary team across two specialist colleges for young adults with learning disabilities (ages 19–25), located in Bexley and Lambeth. The therapy team is deeply embedded in both settings, with strong relationships across staff and leadership, and a collaborative culture that supports innovation and creativity.

Caseloads are small and manageable, allowing you to deliver high-quality, flexible physiotherapy support tailored to the needs of each college. You’ll have the opportunity to:
