Position: Locum Community Physiotherapist
Banding: Band 6
Location: Hull
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 3 Days per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00AM – 17:00PM)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Rate: £24.00 – £27.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Scarborough Core Team is seeking a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join their team in Hull for a duration of 6 weeks. This position requires working 3 days per week during standard office hours. The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and must have the right to work in the UK. Training on the System One platform will be provided if necessary.

What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?

As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within the community setting. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and providing rehabilitation interventions to support their recovery. You will manage a diverse caseload, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery. Your responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, contributing to team meetings, and ensuring adherence to clinical governance standards. The position requires effective communication skills to educate and support patients and their families throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in community physiotherapy is desirable
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work 3 days per week during office hours
  • Willingness to undergo training in System One if required
