Job Title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist
Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, South-West Wales
Job Type: Locum – Ongoing
Hours: Full-time, 08:30–16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £28 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Haverfordwest. This ongoing locum role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within the beautiful surroundings of South-West Wales, providing care across Pembrokeshire. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from the Community Physiotherapy waiting list and support patients in regaining and maintaining independence within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, assess, and manage treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Provide community-based rehabilitation support to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with NHS guidelines
  • Educate and advise patients on movement, exercise, and healthy practices to support recovery and long-term wellbeing

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a qualified Physiotherapist
  • Experience in community or rehabilitation settings preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to community visits)
