Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent repair and maintenance services? We’re looking for a dedicatedAssistant Director of HomeCare – Repairsto lead our repairs team, drive service improvement, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality care for their homes.

You’ll lead the delivery of the responsive repairs, minor works teams across Abri and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality property Response Repairs Service, Minor Repairs, Specialist Repairs, Damp, Mould & Disrepair, department complaint handling across Octavia/London housing stock (c5000).

You’ll play a key role within Abri where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to create a seamless, customer-focused service that balances efficiency, quality, and value for money as well as ensuring that we’re compliant and adhere to policy and all regulatory requirements.

Our customers are at the very heart of everything we do, and it’s our priority to make sure the services we provide are high quality and are undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. You’ll make sure that repairs are completed right first time and that our homes remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and the senior leadership team on innovative ways of working, to develop and drive improvements across the service areas. Giving our colleagues clear direction on goals and expectations – we want to build on the excellent reputation that Abri has!

You’ll have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed and have the ability to lead, inspire and engage our colleagues, demonstrating effective, visible and transformational leadership whilst embodying our values and behaviours.

There will be requirements to travel and work from other offices in London, Bracknell and Yeovil.
