Overview

There is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic physiotherapy team as a Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist. The team consists of 13 staff working across Forth Valley in clinics/ schools/ community and inpatient settings.


Responsibilities

The post is a community Band 7 role with a focus on managing and leading the CPIPS service in NHS Forth Valley and working closely with our partners in education. A key role in this is collaborative working within our ASN establishments as well as staff training and development. The successful candidate will have significant postgraduate experience in the above areas and have experience on leading and being part of service redesign. The candidate also needs to have experience working across the wider MDT in all aspects of community paediatric physiotherapy. There are excellent opportunities for training and development.


Qualifications

All posts require applicants to be registered with HCPC. The candidate must have significant postgraduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy, experience leading service redesign, and experience working across the wider MDT in community paediatric physiotherapy. The applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team and be confident working independently. Ability and willingness to travel through the area of service delivery is essential.
