Your area of focus.


As a 310s Licensed Mechanic, your primary focus is to ensure that each vehicle returns to the customer in peak mechanical condition following a collision. Executing precision mechanical repairs and advanced vehicle diagnostics while maintaining the highest stands of safety and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.


What drives your day‑to‑day?



  • Precision Diagnostics: Utilizing advanced diagnostics tools to identify and clear codes
  • ADAS Calibrations and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Suspensions and alignments: Performing precise suspension repairs and four‑wheel alignments to ensure vehicle safety and handling
  • Performing general maintenance on vehicles (Brakes, Oil changes, Tire replacements)

What are the must‑haves…



  • Valid 310s Automotive services license in good standing
  • Proven Experience in mechanical repair ideally body shop or dealership
  • Diagnostic proficiency: Experience with modern scan tools and ability to diagnose any mechanical issues with the car.
  • Detail oriented a “Fix it right the first time “mentality
  • Own tools
  • Strong Communication
  • Valid G Driver License
